CT HEAT LOAN
We are partnered with Capital for Change to offer the CT Heat Loan. This is our most popular loan because of the low interest rate of .99%. This loan does not require a credit check. Instead your utility bill is used to checked to see if you qualify. Most customers qualify for as little as 10% out of pocket down payment. SMART E LOAN
We are also partnered with Capital for Change to offer the SMART E LOAN. This loan is also popular because it can be used for a variety of different heating heating equipment including Mini Splits. This loan does require a credit check as well as your DTI ratio. There is no money down required as everything can be financed though this loan.
